Create the parity list from the decoder of the input code.

openfermion.transforms.opconversions.make_parity_list(
    code: openfermion.ops.BinaryCode
) -> List[openfermion.ops.BinaryPolynomial]

The output parity list has a similar structure as code.decoder.

code BinaryCode

the code to extract the parity list from.

Returns (list): list of BinaryPolynomial, the parity list

TypeError argument is not BinaryCode
